Appointments for Connection Fee Counter

Appointments can now be scheduled ahead of time. Please call (562) 908-4288, ext. 2727, to set up an appointment.

At the Connection Fee counter, we can process same-day connection fees for ADU's, single-family homes (developments excluded), or payment for quotes. 

Applications are always accepted by email at connectionfee@lacsd.org. Process times are 2-5 business days. Applications can also be mailed to or dropped off at our Joint Administration Office, located at 1955 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, California 90601.

For Connection Fee clearance, please make sure to provide the following:

• Completed Sewerage System Connection Fee application
  •  Application can be obtained at the counter or online at www.lacsd.org
• Site and Floor Plan (required for all projects except Septic to Sewer)
• Demolition permit/plans, if applicable
