Appointments for Connection Fee Counter

Updated September 17, 2025:  The Sanitation Districts Connection Fee Counter will be closed on December 25 & 26, 2025.

Appointments are required for all in-person residential Sewer Connection Fee submissions from December 22, 2025, through January 2, 2026. Please call (562) 908-4288, ext. 2727.

At the Connection Fee counter, we can process same-day connection fees for ADU's, single-family homes (developments excluded), or payment for quotes. 

Applications are always accepted by email at connectionfee@lacsd.org. Process times are 2-5 business days. Applications can also be mailed to or dropped off at our Joint Administration Office, located at 1955 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, California 90601.

For Connection Fee clearance, please make sure to provide the following:

• Completed Sewerage System Connection Fee application
  •  Application can be obtained at the counter or online at www.lacsd.org
• Site and Floor Plan (required for all projects except Septic to Sewer)
• Demolition permit/plans, if applicable
