Semi-Annual Rule 218 Reports
Per South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) regulations, any emissions source that requires a continuous emissions monitoring system to measure concentrations and/or emissions rates of certain air contaminants and other required parameters must report semiannually.
Title V Annual Compliance Certification (ACC)
A facility that has been issued an air quality permit is required to certify annually that the facility complies with the conditions of the permit, including emission limits, work practice standards, and monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements.
Semi-Annual Title V Reports
Facilities that have been issued air quality permits are required to submit a monitoring report every six months. The report includes a statement indicating if monitoring required by the permit was conducted. Also, the monitoring report must identify all instances of deviations from permit requirements. All monitoring was conducted.
Semi-Annual Compliance Assurance Monitoring (CAM) Reports
Reporting to ensure that air pollution control equipment operates within designed parameters.
Rule 431.1 Annual Report
The purpose of Rule 431.1 is to reduce sulfur oxide emissions from burning gaseous fuels in stationary equipment requiring a permit to operate. Compliance is demonstrated through continuous emissions monitoring or an alternative monitoring plan. Annual reporting of the monthly average sulfur concentration and fuel consumption is required on a calendar year basis.
Annual Emissions Report
The Annual Emissions Reporting program was developed to track emissions of air contaminants from permitted facilities. Fees for emissions of air contaminants are assessed based on the reported data.
EPA Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Report
The federal greenhouse gas report contains data on emissions on a calendar year basis.
California Air Resources Board (ARB) Greenhouse Gas Report
The State greenhouse gas report contains data on emissions on a calendar year basis.
