Sewer spill was stopped on December 24 at 10:55 pm.  Sanitation Districts crews completed site clean-up yesterday afternoon. Residents and local vehicle traffic are advised of construction activities in the following days. For updates, please continue to check this webpage or call (562) 325-7329. 

The Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts is providing notice of a sewer spill in an industrial area of the City of Carson. The spill is located at the intersection of Lamberton Street and East Dominguez Street.

Sanitation Districts crews are currently on site working to contain and control the spill and will remain at the location until the situation is fully addressed.

Residents and local vehicle traffic are advised to avoid driving through the area for the next 24 hours due to the presence of sewage on surface streets.

All appropriate agencies, including the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, have been notified.
