The Districts has only authorized QuestCDN to distribute the Bid Documents, in electronic formats, for use by bidders. The Districts does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of Bid Documents obtained from any source other than QuestCDN, unless otherwise noted, and any use of such documents by prospective bidders or others for any purpose is solely at the bidders’ risk. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that requests for proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for PEST CONTROL SERVICES FOR DISTRICTS’ FACILITIES

 

DESCRIPTION:

The Districts are soliciting proposals for pest control services for an initial one-year term, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms, for a total potential term of five (5) years, subject to mutual agreement.

 

Before offering a proposal, please read the attached General Conditions, Specifications, and Instructions to Proposers for further details.

 

Proposers are not required to bid on all sites. However, the Districts reserve the right to split the award of sites to multiple Proposers, a select few Proposers, or one (1) Proposer in the Districts’ best interest.

 

The final usage amount may be less than the value of the contract, and there is no guarantee as to the actual quantity of services that will be authorized under this contract.

 

We welcome and highly encourage minority and small business participation. Please review the RFP package in its entirety and direct all requests for information as directed in the package.
