ALTA SURVEY AND PHASE I ESA FOR WASTE-BY-RAIL SYSTEM PROPERTIES
DESCRIPTION: This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites cost proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to prepare an ALTA Survey and a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for each of two (2) industrial properties that are part of the Districts’ Waste-by-Rail System, as indicated below:
• Puente Hills Intermodal Facility (PHIMF) – City of Industry, CA
• Mesquite Regional Landfill (MRL) – Imperial County, CA
