NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that requests for proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for GROUNDWATER WELL PLUGGING AND SITE CLEARANCE

 

DESCRIPTION: The Districts is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform the following services at the International Plant Growers, Inc (IPG) Premises, located at 321 W. Sepulveda Boulevard, Carson, California:

  • Plug and Abandon: Permanent closure of one (1) existing groundwater well in accordance with
    all local and state regulatory requirements.
  • Site Clearance: Removal and off-site disposal of all above-ground appurtenances and associated
    debris.

The project site is currently owned by the Districts and leased to IPG.

 

Bidders are expected to have viewed the site orientation video prior to the Virtual Pre-Bid Conference to facilitate an informed Q&A session.
