The Districts has only authorized QuestCDN to distribute the Bid Documents, in electronic formats, for use by bidders. The Districts does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of Bid Documents obtained from any source other than QuestCDN, unless otherwise noted, and any use of such documents by prospective bidders or others for any purpose is solely at the bidders’ risk. Only those bidders that have obtained and properly downloaded the Bid Documents from QuestCDN will appear on the Planholders list and may submit a bid.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that requests for proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for PIPELINE NEWSLETTER PRINTING SERVICES 2026-2027 TERM 

 

DESCRIPTION: This Invitation to Bid (ITB) solicits bids from qualified vendors to provide printing services for the District’s internal newsletter, Pipeline, for the 2026–2027 term.
Pipeline is a 20-page publication typically issued six (6) times annually. However, due to the timing of this solicitation, the 2026 production year will consist of four (4) issues beginning in May 2026. The anticipated publication months for 2026 are May, July, September, and November.
Beginning in 2027, Pipeline will return to its regular production schedule of six (6) issues annually, with anticipated publication in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Each issue requires the printing of 1,800 copies.
All services must be performed in strict accordance with the specifications outlined in this ITB, including but not limited to:
• Conducting press checks to ensure print quality and consistency with approved proofs.
• Adhering to the established production schedule, with a required printer production turnaround time of one (1) week.
