NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that requests for proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for ON CALL MANHOLE REHABILITATION SERVICES

 

DESCRIPTION: The Districts is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), Technical Proposals, and Hourly Rates from qualified contractors to perform on-call rehabilitation of approximately 100 sewer manholes per year, including special structures. The manholes to be rehabilitated may be located across the Districts’ 24 independent special districts, but are initially anticipated to be located primarily within Districts Nos. 1, 2, 5, and 8. Rehabilitation methods may include High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), or Fiberglass lining systems; or Calcium Aluminate Cement (CAC), Polyurethane, or Epoxy coating systems. Contractors may submit proposals for just one, several, or all of the rehabilitation methods.

 

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for:
