ATTENTION PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS The Bid Documents may be obtained from Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN). The Districts has only authorized QuestCDN to distribute the Bid Documents, in electronic formats, for use by bidders. The Districts does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of Bid Documents obtained from any source other than QuestCDN, unless otherwise noted, and any use of such documents by prospective bidders or others for any purpose is solely at the bidders’ risk. Only those bidders that have obtained and properly downloaded the Bid Documents from QuestCDN will appear on the Planholders list and may submit a bid.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that requests for proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for FURNISH AND DELIVER GRANULAR VAPOR PHASE ACTIVATED CARBON 

DESCRIPTION: The Districts are soliciting bids for granular vapor phase activated carbon.  Granular Vapor Phase Activated Carbon (VPAC) used by the Districts is primarily derived from coconut shells.  VPAC is utilized at our Wastewater Facilities to remove odor-causing compounds from foul air generated at plant processes, including the Primary Treatment, Secondary Treatment, and Solids Processing areas. The Districts’ welcome and highly encourage minority and small business participation.
