The Districts has only authorized QuestCDN to distribute the Bid Documents, in electronic formats, for use by bidders. The Districts does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of Bid Documents obtained from any source other than QuestCDN, unless otherwise noted, and any use of such documents by prospective bidders or others for any purpose is solely at the bidders’ risk. Only those bidders that have obtained and properly downloaded the Bid Documents from QuestCDN will appear on the Planholders list and may submit a bid.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that requests for proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for VERIFICATION SERVICES FOR 2025 CARB MANDATORY GREENHOUSE GAS REPORTING

DESCRIPTION: The Districts is hereby soliciting competitive bids for qualified and experienced CARB accredited verification bodies to perform independent third-party verification of the Districts’ 2025 GHG emissions reports as required by CARB’s “Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions.” These specifications set forth the minimum requirements for completing the verification for these three facilities -Puente Hills Landfill, Calabasas Landfill, A.K. Warren Water Resource Facility
