The Districts has only authorized QuestCDN to distribute the Bid Documents, in electronic formats, for use by bidders. The Districts does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of Bid Documents obtained from any source other than QuestCDN, unless otherwise noted, and any use of such documents by prospective bidders or others for any purpose is solely at the bidders’ risk. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that requests for proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES FOR SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS.

 

DESCRIPTION: The Districts seek to engage a Proposer to develop and deliver leadership training for supervisors and managers over a period of three (3) years. In addition, the Proposer should assist the Districts with evaluating the effectiveness of the training to ensure that efforts result in improved outcomes. Proposers may partner or subcontract with other firms, if needed, to provide the skills, background, and expertise required to complete the assessment. The term “Proposer” in this request for proposal will refer to the lead firm, which will have ultimate responsibility for the proposal and work.
