ATTENTION PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS The Bid Documents may be obtained from Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN). The Districts has only authorized QuestCDN to distribute the Bid Documents, in electronic formats, for use by bidders. The Districts does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of Bid Documents obtained from any source other than QuestCDN, unless otherwise noted, and any use of such documents by prospective bidders or others for any purpose is solely at the bidders’ risk. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that requests for proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for ON-CALL GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES

DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit qualifications and proposals from experienced and capable firms to provide on-call graphic design and creative communication services for the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts (“Districts”). The selected firm(s) will support the Districts’ public information, education, and outreach efforts by developing high-quality print, digital, and multimedia materials that effectively communicate District programs, initiatives, and services to the public. 
The Districts anticipate awarding one or more on-call agreements for an initial term of one (1) year, with an estimated total contract amount of $60,000. The Districts may, at their sole discretion, extend the agreement for one additional year. The Districts make no guarantee, expressed or implied, regarding the total amount of work that may be assigned under the resulting agreement(s). 
Services will be requested on an as-needed basis and may vary in complexity, volume, schedule, and scope. The Districts seek firms with demonstrated experience in graphic design, creative development, multimedia production, and related communication activities within a public-sector, educational, or community-focused context.
