NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that requests for proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for PRINT, FOLD AND MAIL SERVICES FOR PROPOSITION 218 NOTICES (JOS & IW) FY 2026-27

 

DESCRIPTION: This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks qualified vendors to provide printing, folding, and mailing services for Proposition 218 notices for Fiscal Year 2026–27. The project involves producing and mailing approximately 1,102,800 total notices, consisting of:

  • Joint Outfall System (JOS) Residential and Commercial – Approximately 1,101,000 self-mailers for 16 individual Districts.
  • Industrial Waste Dischargers (IW) – Approximately 1,800 notices mailed in envelopes.

 

Due to differences in format and content, bidders must prepare separate line-item costs for JOS and IW. Bidders may submit pricing for one or both mailings. Based on the bids received, the districts may award a single contract or multiple contracts.
