There are separate versions of each of the following documents depending on the location of your project. For projects in the Los Angeles Basin and the Santa Clarita Valley use the Joint Outfall System (JOS) and Santa Clarita Valley Districts (SCV) version. For projects located in the Antelope Valley [County Sanitation District Nos. 14 (Lancaster) and 20 (Palmdale)], use the Antelope Valley (AV) version.
