
Simplified Soils Acceptance Program Effective immediately (11/09/11), the Sanitation Districts will no longer require forms and pre-approval for clean dirt loads at any of our landfills. Forms and pre-approval are required for the acceptance of contaminated soil. This program is necessary because of a new requirement from the Regional Water Quality Control Board - Los Angeles Region (Order R4-2011-0052).
