SANITATION DISTRICTS' LANDFILLS

You must be a registered user of Districts' Calabasas, Puente Hills or Scholl Canyon landfills to apply for credit. To register and apply for credit, you must submit the paper work for registration accompanied by the Credit application.

The map for the Puente Hills Landfill is too large to download. Please call (562) 908-4288, extension 2455 to have a copy mailed to you.

To apply for a credit account, follow the "Credit Application Instructions." The Credit Application Packet contains the following documents which are available in the Acrobat Reader format (PDF files).

Once the documents are filled out completely, sign them where appropriate and follow the "Credit Application Instructions." If you have any questions, contact Sanitation Districts' Credit and Collection Specialist, Nancy Hayes, at (562) 908-4288, extension 1120.

All four forms must be completed to assure prompt approval of your application.
