1. Joint Water Pollution Control Plant, 24420 South Figueroa Street, Carson, CA 90745, (310) 830‑2400, extension 5764, after-hours direct line to Shift Supervisor’s office, (310) 830-2401. (The station is located south of the Sepulveda Boulevard on Figueroa Street. The entrance to the station is located at the first gate on the east side of Figueroa Street, just north of the first set of railroad tracks. Proceed from the entrance due east to the disposal station. Access to the facility is restricted. Pre-registration of names and license numbers of drivers are required. Contact project engineer or station attendant for Uniform Sewage Manifest Form. Two disposal stalls are available).

Hours: Monday thru Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM, Saturday, 8 AM to 4 PM, closed Sundays and major holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day). After-hours are available 24 hours for emergencies only. Report to the biosolids truck loading Station No. 3.

2. Pomona Water Reclamation Plant, 295 Humane Way, Pomona, CA 91766, (909) 629-9421. The disposal station is located at Humane Way & West Mission Boulevard, due north of the intersection, on the west side of Humane Way.

4. Saugus Water Reclamation Plant, 26200 Springbrook Avenue, Santa Clarita, CA 91350, (661) 259‑3804, extension 6966. (Please enter through the railroad crossing located opposite to Saugus Suzuki at 26081 Bouquet Canyon Road, Saugus).
