The Districts encourage participation in its construction contracting by all members of the community including Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Disabled Veterans Business Enterprises (DVBE), and Small Business Enterprises (SBE). The Districts have established an aspiration goal of 20% overall participation by such firms. Although such participation is encouraged, award of a contract is not based on race, gender, disabled, disadvantaged, or small business status.

ATTENTION PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS: The Bid Documents shall be obtained by contacting the Public Counter at the address or telephone number listed below. The Districts have not authorized any other agency or service to distribute the Bid Documents, in either hard copy or electronic formats, for use by contractors during the bidding phase of any project. All bids shall be prepared from Bid Documents released through the Districts’ Public Counter and any reliance by bidders on documents obtained through other sources is not authorized and is at the bidders’ risk.
