The Districts have not authorized any other agency or service to distribute the Bid Documents, in either hard copy or electronic formats, for use by contractors during the bidding phase of any project. All bids shall be prepared from Bid Documents released through the Districts’ Public Counter and any reliance by bidders on documents obtained through other sources is not authorized and is at the bidders’ risk.

MESQUITE REGIONAL LANDFILL SITE PREPRATION FOR RAIL SPUR AND INTERMODAL YARD - The work consists of surveying, staking, and removing the vegetation from approximately 210 acres of native ground and installation of approximately 12,000 linear feet of tortoise fence, and all appurtenant work.
MOUNTAIN VIEW-BELLE VERNON TRUNK SEWER REHABILITATION - The work consists of rehabilitation of approximately 13,000 feet of 12-, 15-, 18-, 21-, and 24-inch diameter vitrified clay pipe (VCP) sewer with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners, and all appurtenant work.
CALABASAS GAS-TO-ENERGY FACILITY - The outdoor Facility design includes three (3) Solar Turbine, Inc. Mercury 50 gas turbine-generators (CTG).The CTGs are expected to generate up to 11.4 MW (net) of electricity exported to the California Independent System Operator Corporation (CAISO) grid through interconnection withthe Southern California Edison (SCE) distribution system. The work to be performed under the provisions of these contract documents consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and tools for the construction of the Facility, and all appurtenant work.
WHITTIER NARROWS WATER RECLAMATION PLANT SECONDARY TREATMENT FACILITY MODIFICATIONS - The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:excavation; backfill; disposal of excess and unsatisfactory excavation material and importation of fill material; dewatering; shoring; construction of new reinforced concrete structures including a return activated sludge pump station and gallery; miscellaneous structures, and equipment foundations; furnishing and installation of mechanical equipment, piping, valves, instrumentation and electrical work, installation of District-furnished equipments; modification to the plant power distribution system; and all other appurtenant work.
