Sewer service charge rates in the Joint Outfall System (JOS) have always been kept at a minimum, especially during years of tough economic conditions. However, as costs continue to rise due to inflation and regulatory requirements imposed by state and federal authorities and as we position ourselves for the future, the JOS Districts are now proposing a service charge rate increase.
