Odor Control – Skimmings Odor Control Systems

The Skimmings Odor Control Systems will consist of three independent treatment systems, one each for the sedimentation tank batteries E-1, E-2, and E-3. Air trapped beneath the skimmings trough and primary tank covers will be directed to a state-of-the-art, two-stage treatment process that includes biotrickling scrubbers followed by activated carbon units. Construction is underway with an expected completion date in the summer of 2008.
