The Waste Disposal Origin Reporting System (Reporting System) is required by the County of Los Angeles and is intended to assist them in their efforts to comply with state-mandated waste diversion requirements. The Reporting System includes a requirement that nearly all users of the Puente Hills Landfill will need to submit a form at the scales when delivering refuse that lists the site addresses of EVERY pick-up location.
