Puente Hills Materials Recovery Facility (PHMRF)
The Puente Hills MRF is located in unincorporated Los Angeles County, next to the landfill. The Puente Hills MRF is south of the intersection of the Pomona (60) and San Gabriel (605) Freeways. OPERATION: Access to the Puente Hills MRF is through the Puente Hills Landfill entrance at 13130 Crossroads Parkway South. Follow signs to the PHMRF facility. The facility is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday and closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays. No green waste loads are accepted. Green waste loads are accepted at the Puente Hills Landfill. You must be registered to use any Districts' Solid Waste Facilities. Payment at the scales must be in cash or by pre-arranged credit. No checks are accepted. All disposal rates, excluding green waste rates, include State, County, and appropriate local fees and taxes.
